30 Day Returns and Refunds of Unwanted Goods
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the Packing Slip or Invoice and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus
items.
To start a return, you must first put this request in an email to us within two weeks. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us at info@gulliverstoys.co.uk

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the products and their packaging while they are in your possession.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that if you are sending any products to us, you send them by recorded or tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have been lost in transit.
Once the unwanted item has been received and checked, you will receive an email from us stating that we will refund the price you paid for the product(s) and standard delivery at the time of ordering. This refund will be credited to the card used on the appropriate order within 30 days of the refund being approved.
Goods returned and received by us after 30 days from the date of delivery will not qualify for the right to a refund.

Amendments or Issues
If you realise you have made a mistake or you encounter any difficulties trying to submit an order, please contact us immediately at info@GulliversToys.co.uk so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.
Delivery Address and Undeliverable Items
Accuracy of Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of order is complete and accurate. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
Undeliverable Goods: In the event that an item is returned to us by the courier as "undeliverable," "addressee unknown," or "returned to sender" due to an error in the address provided by the customer, the following shall apply:
1. Refunds: We will refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
2. Deductions: As permitted under Regulation 35(5) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we reserve the right to deduct the original outbound postage costs and any direct "Return to Sender" fees charged to us by the courier from your final refund.
3. Redelivery: If you request that the item be sent again to a corrected address, you will be required to pay a new delivery charge at our standard rates before the item is dispatched.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Damaged/Faulty items
We take every care in sourcing, checking, and packaging each product, however, in the event the products you receive are faulty we will try to fix or replace the faulty item free of charge where possible, or a refund may be issued.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged items that we request are returned to us, we will refund the return postage costs up to the value of Royal Mail Second Class Delivery once the parcel has been received and evaluated. Following this we will send you an email requesting you call us at an appropriate time to process the postal refund over the phone.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised orders - those purchases that are made to order are exempt and are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened Blind Bags and/or collectable items.
If returning an item from your order puts the value of your remaining order under our free delivery amount, then the returned item may be refunded less the applicable delivery charge that would apply for the remaining order amount.
Exchanges
We do not offer free returns/exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
