Currently we offer Standard tracked shipping to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard delivery - £3.35

FREE P&P may apply at certain times and for a limited time only and is not available in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or discount.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

Royal Mail - Tracked 48

We are unable to deliver some items to Northern Ireland and UK Islands due to courier restrictions.

If your order falls within these restrictions we will contact you and we may need to amend or refund your order accordingly.

We may use other third-party delivery companies. Delivery will be attempted to the address given but if no one is in it is standard practice to try and deliver to a neighbour.

 

DISPATCH

IMPORTANT: Please remember the dispatch date is not the delivery date

We always aim to send most items next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 but this will depend on the time the order is placed. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Most Mainland items are delivered in 2 - 4 business days*

Please note this is just an estimate based on average deliveries. Delays may occur within the delivery services which are outwith our control, including public/bank holidays and seasonal disruptions. Additionally, more remote addresses do take longer to be delivered. 

*Royal mail exclusions apply to : AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE 

 

PACKAGING

Where possible, we send orders out in the packaging it comes to us in, or we reuse other packaging we receive to pack orders. We aim to reuse 100% of the paper and card we receive from our suppliers.  Any paper and card that we cannot reuse we recycle.   

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

We do not sell to or deliver to the following types of addresses - B2B, BFPO, Military or Secure establishments, PO Box, Mailbox numbers, AddressPal, Air Business, Mail Forwarding Services, Dispatch Centres or similar.

Orders being sent to business addresses, hospitals, hotels, schools and serviced flats will be left at the reception, mailing room or a neighbour and no liability is held for it reaching the recipient thereafter.

The Delivery Notes section is for help on how to get to your property and not for messages such as " the parcel can be left in the garden" as we can not pass this on to the delivery companies and will not be responsible for the loss or theft of the parcel.
